TDSC Special Issue on Software Reliability and Dependability Engineering

 

Papers of high quality are invited to be submitted to a special issue of IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing (https://www.computer.org/digital-library/journals/tq/call-for-papers-special-issue-on-software-reliability-and-dependability-engineering).

This special issue aims to concentrate contributions from academic and industrial organizations addressing reliability and dependability of software systems, and to publish consolidated research results focusing on the assessment, prediction, and improvement of the reliability and dependability of software products.

 

The review process follows a fast-track schedule, which means that we will be able to provide feedback and advance with the process earlier than with the regular submissions. Still, the submitted papers should adhere to rules of IEEE TDSC, as follows.

 

Important: TDSC requires meaningful technical novelty in submissions that extend previously published conference papers. Extension beyond the conference version(s) is not simply a matter of length. Thus, expanded motivation, expanded discussion of related work, variants of previously reported algorithms, incremental additional experiments/simulations, proofs of results/theorems, may provide additional length but will fall below the line for proceeding with review.

Papers will enter the reviewing process as soon as they are submitted, and every paper will receive review from at least one member of the ISSRE 2020 Research Program Committee (PB/PC).
